As part of our commitment to organized opportunities for all players, we’re pleased to introduce a three-tier club development system.

Foundation Stage: The entry-level stage for new clubs focused on growth and skill development.
Elite Stage: For established clubs ready for high-level competition and recognition.
Apex Stage: Exclusive to Elite clubs with an Academy, balancing competitive play and talent development.

This will indeed provide support for players at their various growth levels, ensure that they are playing with fairness, and are guaranteed smooth transitions.

Foundation Stage: Focusing on Growth and Development

It is intended that the Foundation Stage provides an entry point for newly formed clubs and those striving for valuable experience that will enable them to continue to improve their skills. This stage offers the ideal environment to fine-tune gameplay, team cooperation, and tactics that are not experienced under the strong competitive pressures of the top flight.

Features of the Foundation Stage

  • Player Slots: Maximum 25 (1 to 25).
  • Events Type: Organize friendly development matches focused on improving skills in a relaxed environment. Introduce light, fun competition between Foundation stage clubs to foster teamwork and healthy rivalry while keeping the pressure low.
  • Ranking: A simple ranking system awards points for participation, teamwork, and improvement, not just winning. It is designed to keep the focus on fun and skill development rather than competition.
  • Skill Development: Clubs will work on strengthening their foundational skills and improving communication, coordination, and tactics.
  • Friendly Matches: Engage in less competitive, learning-focused matches against other Foundation clubs to build experience and confidence.
  • Supportive Community: The Foundation Stage emphasizes an encouraging and nurturing environment, where clubs are encouraged to learn and improve at their own pace.
  • Eligibility: Open to new clubs or clubs that step down from the Elite Stage to focus on building better gameplay skills.

The Foundation Stage is the perfect platform wherein clubs can iron out their growth and preparation, taking time to equip themselves for competitiveness.

Elite Stage: Focusing on Competitiveness, Ranking, and Recognition

The Elite Stage is designed for clubs that have progressed beyond the initial phases and are ready to engage in high-level competitive play. This stage is marked by intense rivalry, with clubs striving to climb the rankings and earn recognition for their performance. Clubs in the Elite Stage will be tested rigorously, participating in specialized tournaments that offer not just challenges but also greater prestige and rewards.

Features of the Elite Stage

  • Player Slots: Maximum 25 (1 to 25).
  • Match Type: Compete in official competitive matches and exclusive tournaments, with rankings based on performance.
  • Ranking: Clubs in the Elite Stage will be ranked based on their matchday results, tournament type and tournament achievements. Strong performers will rise in the rankings very fast with gaining greater visibility and prestige.
  • Competitive Matches: These matches are designed to pit clubs against other high-performing teams, ensuring that only the best rise to the top.
  • Exclusive Tournaments: Elite clubs will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive competitions, where top performers can earn more prizes and further enhance their reputation.
  • Recognition and Awards: Clubs that excel in the Elite Stage will be recognized for their achievements through various awards and public acknowledgements very fast.

This stage is ideal for clubs seeking a higher level of competition, aiming to test their limits and secure greater success in their journey.

Apex Stage: The Path of Expansion and Talent Development

The Apex Stage is for Elite Stage clubs that choose to expand by developing an Academy team. While Apex clubs continue to compete in the same rankings and tournaments as Elite clubs, they gain additional opportunities for Recognition & Awards due to the inclusion of their Academy team. With more players and the ability to manage both the main squad and Academy talents, Apex clubs have increased chances for success, allowing them to stand out even more.

Features of the Apex Stage

  • Player Slots: Maximum 50. 1 to 25 for the main team, 26 to 50 for the Academy team.
  • Academy Team: Clubs in the Apex Stage are granted the privilege of managing an Academy team, with slots 26 to 50 reserved for the Academy squad. These Academy teams will compete in Foundation Stage events, allowing rising talents to gain match experience while serving as substitutes for the Elite main team.
  • Ranking & Competitions: Apex clubs continue to compete alongside Elite Stage clubs, sharing the same ranking system, matchday challenges, and exclusive tournaments. There is no separate competition—Apex clubs are ranked and evaluated in the same competitive environment as the Elite Stage.
  • Talent Management: The Academy team serves as a talent pool for the Elite main team, enabling clubs to rotate players and manage squad depth effectively.
  • More Recognition & Awards: With both a main team and an Academy team in play, Apex clubs have more opportunities to excel. The Academy’s performance in Foundation Stage events, combined with the main team’s achievements, boosts the chances of earning awards and prestige for the club as a whole. This dual participation enhances their visibility and recognition in the community.
  • More Chances for Substitution: The Academy players can serve as substitutes for the Elite main team, providing greater flexibility and depth in squad management. This increased bench strength can lead to more tactical options, giving Apex clubs an edge in critical matches.

The Apex Stage develops talent and enhances recognition through both main and Academy teams. With more players, match opportunities, and substitution options, Apex clubs are positioned for sustained success and increased prestige.

Transitioning Between Stages: Foundation to Elite and Back

All current clubs will automatically enter the Elite Stage, while new clubs start in the Foundation Stage.
However, the current clubs that have an Academy will move into the Apex Stage, aligning with their interest in talent development and Academy management.

Promotion to Elite Stage

The progression from Foundation to Elite isn’t automatic, it’s earned. Clubs in the Foundation Stage must demonstrate consistent participation, skill improvement, and match performance to qualify for promotion. Only clubs meeting these benchmarks will advance to the Elite Stage.

Demotion to Foundation Stage

Clubs in the Elite Stage can be demoted to the Foundation Stage under the following conditions:

  • Failure to participate in any matchday for two consecutive months.
  • A voluntary request by the club via official chat. In both cases, Elite tournament participation will be voided, but all previous stats will be saved and restored if the club re-enters the Elite Stage later.

Transition to Apex Stage

Transition to the Apex Stage is not performance-based but a strategic choice by the club. Clubs opting to open an Academy will move to the Apex Stage, while maintaining the same ranking and competing in the same tournaments as Elite Stage clubs.
The Academy team will compete in the Foundation Stage, allowing clubs in the Apex Stage to balance competitiveness with talent development.

Unified Player Ranking Across All Stages

Player rankings are calculated equally across both the Foundation, Elite and Apex Stages. All matches contribute the same value to a player’s ranking, regardless of the stage they compete in, and are listed together on a single ranking page. The only variation lies in tournament achievements, where Elite tournaments offer higher prestige and recognition.
