With the COBEG Ambassador Program, we are thrilled to announce that a chosen group of members will represent and advance COBEG across Bangladesh and beyond. The goal of this project is to enhance our community’s basic principles and propel COBEG’s expansion in the eFootball industry.
Role & Responsibilities of an Ambassador
Our Ambassadors will play a key role in:
- Enhancing community gameplay standards.
- Encouraging fair play across all levels.
- Attracting more passionate members to join our exciting tournaments.
Promoting our events, advancing our community ideals, and encouraging people to preserve the spirit of fair play are all part of your duties as a COBEG Ambassador.
Eligibility Criteria
- COBEG Registration: Must be a registered member of COBEG.
- Experience: A minimum of 50 wins in COBEG tournaments (this may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
- Public Speaking: Ability to host live sessions for the community, sharing valuable insights and fostering interaction.
- Exclusive to COBEG: To guarantee full attention and commitment to COBEG, ambassadors are not permitted to serve in any administrative or ambassadorial capacities within any other eFootball community.
Ambassador Responsibilities
- Promoting COBEG: Ambassadors are required to aggressively promote COBEG in all community and social media postings and conversations pertaining to eFootball.
- Positive Influence: Maintaining a positive attitude is key to the role. Ambassadors should lead by example, representing COBEG with pride and integrity.
- Fair Play Advocacy: Ambassadors are expected to promote fair play and positive behavior within the community.
- Conflict-Free Interaction: Ambassadors must refrain from interacting negatively with committee members or other participants in any way.
Key Tasks of COBEG Ambassadors
- Live Sessions
- Ambassadors must host at least one live session per month, providing community members with gameplay tips, live friendly matches, gameplay videos, updates, insights, and encouraging active engagement.
- Scheduling of live sessions must be discussed within the Ambassador group to avoid overlapping sessions. Each session should be hosted on the COBEG group or page (as suggested by the admin).
- COBEG Promotion: Ambassadors must actively share and promote major COBEG announcements, including tournament updates, special events, and any important news (as suggested by the admin).
Benefits of Being a COBEG Ambassador
- Recognition: Ambassadors will be featured across all COBEG platforms, showcasing their contributions to the community.
- Exclusive Events: Ambassadors will have access to special events and opportunities reserved just for them.
- Additional Perks: Further benefits will be shared as part of COBEG’s evolving Ambassador Program, including merchandise and awards.
Terms & Conditions
- Contract Duration: The Ambassador role is valid for a minimum of 1 year.
- Live Session Requirement: Ambassadors must host at least one live session per month. The session schedule should be coordinated in the Ambassador group to avoid conflicts. Sessions will take place on the COBEG group or page as determined by the admin.
- Exclusive to COBEG: During their time, ambassadors are not permitted to operate as administrators or ambassadors for any other eFootball community.
- Breach of Terms: Ambassador status will be revoked and the person will not be allowed to compete in COBEG tournaments if they violate their duties or fall short of expectations, such as not hosting a live session for a month or quitting the Ambassador program. Additionally, COBEG has the authority to terminate an Ambassador’s contract at any moment.
