Who can register?

COBEG now supports multiple official registration categories for organized community and competitive systems.

  • Club registration for regular official clubs.
  • University and College team registration for educational institutions.
  • Division and District team registration for regional representation.
  • Special Team registration for selected or custom teams.
Form guidelines
  • Registration As must match your real category.
  • Name must be real, official, and unique.
  • Shortname must be 2–4 letters or numbers.
  • Email must be valid and unique — it is required for future access.
  • Password must be 4–10 characters.
  • Logo is required and must be PNG/JPG/JPEG only.
  • Location is required for regional verification and events.
  • President, Captain, and Vice Captain must be real representatives.
  • Facebook Contact Link is required and must point to a valid Facebook profile/page/group.
  • All information must be real.
