To ensure a smooth and fair tournament experience, all teams are required to follow these guidelines concerning matchday scheduling, checking, and attendance.

How Matchday Schedules Are Created

  • Matchday schedules are totally managed by the Tournament Organizer Panel, using either random or pre-planned (fixed) methods.
  • Schedule timings are set at the discretion of the panel, balancing organizational needs and tournament formats.
  • Each matchday schedule will be published at least 24 hours in advance, giving captains enough time to prepare.
  • Some matchdays may experience delays, while others could be scheduled with shorter intervals depending on organisational requirements.

Team Scheduling Rules

  • To maintain fairness, no team will be scheduled for two consecutive matchdays on the same day. If there is, please inform matchday admin to reschedule one matchday.
  • Different teams within the same club (such as the main, academy, #A, #B, #C, #D) may have matchdays scheduled on the same date.

How to Check the Schedule

  • Captains and players must check the official matchday schedule, available at: Matchday Schedule
  • All teams are responsible for regularly checking the schedule and joining the matchday group on time.

Matchday Notifications and Responsibility

  • COBEG enhances convenience by sending notifications to both the club’s mail and tagging captains in the Captains Group on matchdays. However, mails or notifications may sometimes fail due to technical or administrative issues.
  • Ultimately, it is the team’s (specially captain’s) responsibility to check the schedule and join the matchday group punctually.

All teams must strictly follow the matchday schedule to start and complete their matches. No excuses or issues will be entertained.

Following these guidelines will help us maintain a competitive and organized environment.
Captains, ensure you stay informed and take full responsibility for your team’s matchday commitments.
